I mean normally, like I said, beautiful women draw celebrities and men, so you can't go wrong if you're in a place that has a lot of pretty women in it. Those places will generally be hot, and the moment just one a-list celebrity visits that spot, that immediately becomes hot in like two seconds. Generally, any new venue that has a good promoter behind it will easily become hot.
