Seniors need to realize that they actually have more to gain and can benefit more than can someone that's twenty, thirty, or forty years younger, simply because in general terms, they have a longer way to go. They can progress. If they've allowed themselves to decline to a certain point because of inactivity and now there's frailty to some extent, they can really make an incredible difference in how they feel and how they get around every day. I encourage all the seniors to get on a regular fitness program. If they think they feel good, I'd be willing to bet they can feel incredible.
