How do I choose a 'training plan'?
In choosing a training plan you need to make an assessment of where you are and what your condition level is. Most people are starting from scratch so you'll want to choose a plan that's most applicable for you to run injury free and progress through a 4 to 6 month training program. And so a training plan is going to depend on what level of fitness you are when you start.
