How do I choose a moisturiser?
Choosing a moisturizer is very important if you wear one in the day which doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky. Try a small amount on the back of your hand. It should soak into the skin, but not disappear completely. Moisturizers should go very lightly all over the face, to act as a thin barrier and also to help to keep the skin supple. A very dry skin needs a creamy, more emollient moisturizer. An oilier skin still needs a moisturizer but a much lighter, thinner, more watery type. The most important thing is to test a moisturizer and see how it feels before you buy.
