How should I choose a bank account?
Choosing a student bank account will be something you will have to do in terms of assesing, comapare and contrasting different bank accounts. What they offer. Some will offer higher overdraft limits than others, some will offer different features, some will offer graduate bank accounts once you finish your course there. They may have elements that you would be interested in. So the important thing really is to shop around and make sure you have a look at all of the accounts available, also to look at how many branches will be nearby the university that you want to go to, the college. Look at what important facilities are available, internet banking facilities are available, just so that you got a way, choices possible and you've looked at all of the different features. Most student bank accounts also come with some incentive whether its pass trail card or fifty pounds or an iPod or something like that. The important think is not to be too "wowed" by that incentive and make sure that the bank account itself is right for you, not just the free gift that comes along with it.
