How can I control my body language in an interview?

The best way to control your body language in a job interview process is by practising it. Practise the presentation skills that you have; practise it in front of a friend, neighbour or relative. Alternatively, practise your body language in front of the mirror, because you may feel a bit silly standing in front of somebody else. The idea is to practise and familiarise yourself with your own body language before a job interview. Quite often we don't realise just how animated we are, how much we move around, how much our hands do, how much we fidget, our lack of eye contact, etc. So, practise, practise, practise; you will feel far more confortable in the job interview if you do that.
