In the dining hall because you are often served the portion size that you don't really have control over it is hard to force yourself to eat only what you need or only as much as you are hungry for. So when you are sitting around the table with your friends and you are full you need to stop. You need to box up your food in a to go box, put it away so that you are less tempted to continue to nibble while your friends are talking or clear your tray. So that when you are done eating you are not tempted to continue and finish off that plate of food that you don't really need.
