He needs to be assessed, not just by his doctor, whom he needs to consult initially, but one would have thought that at that age he would need to be investigated by a urologist, a specialist in that field. Because there are a number of reasons why he might still be bed wetting at that time. The simplest reason might be because he carries an infection, a chronic infection. But of course, if the bed wetting has been present right through his life and not just as an acute problem at the age of twenty-seven, then one needs to look back to possible congenital causes which might be still present; such as weak bladders, neurological problems, spinal problems, or even psychological problems, which might have persisted right through life and issues that he might not have dealt with.
