Don't have any hesitation in getting on the phone to the people who offered you the position and say: "Look, I'll be honest with you. I'm very flattered that you offered me the position. However, I am waiting for another 72 hours for another job offer, which I really would prefer to have." It makes you look very professional, it makes you look thoroughly honest, and it also makes you look very much in demand in the labour market.
