In general, all children are able to receive the services if their school falls below a certain area. If the school does not fall below a certain area support services are always provided, but they're just not paid for by this particular legislation. You always have a right to ask for support services, it just depends on the money those support services come from. This can be explained by your principal, your child's classroom teacher or the school counsellor.
