How can I develop better eating habits?
I recommend that you set a goal at the beginning of the week and then work on that goal throughout the week. So, for example, a student might choose to set a goal to eat three vegetables per day. For some students this is going to be very hard to strive towards. Trying to get that in a small gradual change and moving from one vegetable per day up to three, that's a small gradual change in our eating habits that could make a difference after several weeks of implementation.
