With computer privacy, when storing your files on your own computer, the only way to guarantee that they are stored securely is by using a 3rd party piece of software or sometimes there is built-in software that creates protected or secure folders. These are secured folders which the only person that can access them is either the one who secured and protected them, or sometimes related to the administrative user on the computer which is the highest user on the computer. This is the one person who can make changes, make modifications and delete them. Otherwise, if your files are not secured properly, anyone who gains access to your computer either remotely through the internet, whether wired, wireless or by logging on to your computer will have access to those files.
