How do you enter the Miss California Pageant?

The way the process works for the Ms california USA competition is you have an application that you go online misscaliforniausa.com, you go online you just go under your state and you find the application form , you fill it out , you send the picture to them , couple of days later they call you and just get a feel for who you are and if they say ok great well, we're going to accept you, we're going to give you a login information ,login ,give us the city you want , give us a little bio about you and we'll talk later, so once you do this then the second part of that, then they ask for the entry fee which was 1500 dollars.So you send in the entry fee along with a very thick packet of who you are, general information , family information, emergency contact information, all of that goes into the package along with that 1500 dollar application fee. So once it gets in their hands they say 'Great! you're in, we'll see you the weekend up' and thats it prettymuch.
