How should I exercise if I'm overweight?
Very large, overweight people find it more difficult to participate in an exercise program, because they have more weight that they're trying to push around. The overweight are moving their bodies, but their bodies weigh a lot. And so exercise is much more challenging for overweight people, and it causes a higher workload on their heart. So for the overweight to start out in an exercise program, the program must start low. Low amounts of exercise, not too challenging, and they progressively increase the amount of exercise that they're doing. And doing this supervised by a therapist, or a physician, or a trainer would be an excellent idea.
