hello ive been charged in theft by employee uder threat and sccared, thre was another person ivolved in this matter but they let him free no charge because he s mental. while me they accept that i gave him the items because he blackmialed me but still they gave me 80 hours unpaid work £320 fine to pay, i dont mind i did the hours and i paid the fine but i dont need this to be in my criminal record and not fair to charge me and let him go. what can i do please help thnaks regards sam
