How should I form the subject line in my business e-mails?

A good practice in forming the subject line in your business e-mails to help increase the clarity of the message, again for the receiver, is by thinking about the person receiving a message. So you'd actually write the word "Action" in the subject line, followed by a colon, and then use a descriptive word to express that subject line. So an example of a great business e-mail with a good subject line would be, "Action: Please submit your business plan".
