I think a really important thing to know is that unless you've got the balance right between fun time and studying time, you actually can't take as much in as you would otherwise. I think a lot of young people really feel that they need to focus on studying because now is a serious time and they need to be learning, but you can't actually learn a lot unless you've got that balance in your life. So, I think planning is a very important part of revising for exams, so that each day you have got a structured amount of time where you're focusing on revising, but you also have other parts of the day that you're prioritising just as much; parts of having fun, spending time with family and friends, and just switching off to the work that you're doing. Keeping that balance will really help you to study.
