The first thing to consider is not giving or buying them any more alcohol, so they don't drink any more. Help them to make sure they get home safely, make sure there's someone there at home to look after them. Think about keeping them warm. If they're passed out or passing out, put them in the recovery position and then contact an ambulance. But really, consider ensuring no more drink, getting home safely with someone to look after them, and hopefully talk to them about it the next day when they're sober.
