How do I handle the social pressure of not making the cheerleading squad?
When you make the cheerleading squad there is an image that you uphold. Whether you're on the football field, in school or out of school, you have to be courteous and polite, you have to look decent, you can't look sloppy and you have to know what you're saying to everybody because you're out there in front of the public and they see you and you don't know who they are. So if you go from your football game to a store and you're rude to someone and they say, "You know what, I remember that girl. She was one of the cheerleaders at that highschool", that is not a good thing. So it's so important that you stay courteous, polite to everyone, also your education is important two, cause a lot of people say that cheerleaders are not too smart, but I know a lot of cheerleaders that have a 4.0 average. So, you know what cheerleaders, keep that image up, look awesome and have a great, great year.
