How To Have Anal Sex Safely

Eleanor McKenzie (Sex Expert) gives expert video advice on: How can you have anal sex safely?

How can you have anal sex safely?

The first thing that you need to do is get plenty of good lubricant, preferably a water soluble one. This is because the anus has no oil lubrication inside it, unlike the vagina, so the lining is very fragile and you can tear it easily. You can use oils, but not if you're going to use condoms at the same time, because oils destroy latex condoms. Use a good lubricant - plenty of it - and put it inside the anus as far as possible, preferably on the penis as well just to help, and then take it very slowly. Anal sex shouldn't be painful - it doesn't have to be, and therefore if you start to feel pain, tell your partner to stop. Use breathing, and allow your body to adjust, and then move on.
