Keeping hot food hot. Well, there are several ways of doing that. Naturally, your oven is your first line of defense. But, what if your oven is full? Would you believe it or not you can use an ice chest. You take your food and you put it in the ice chest. That's right! An ice chest is a thermal unit. Now, Caution! It's not meant to be left there for a duration of time; it's just to keep it warm for an hour or so. TIP: Don't leave hot food in an ice chest for more than an hour and a half.
