If it's under $50, then you really need to consider the amount of time it's going to take someone to go to the restaurant, pick it up, drive it to your house and bring it to your door. If you live around the corner from the restaurant and they can bring it right up to your door with no security and no parking issues, 20% is going to be fair. If you know it's difficult to get to your place and that's why you're not going out to get your own dinner, then you should tip a lot more than the normal 15% to 20% for good service.
