How do I know if I have a problem with anger?
There are a few ways that you will recognize that you have an Anger management problem. One is that people will give you feedback; they will tell you that you have an anger problem, and if you are in denial you will not except that you have a problem, that is one of the ways. The other way is when you have these angry outbursts and if they leave you exhausted you know that you have a problem with Anger. Often when I have spoken to people who are a little confused about wither they have anger management problems or not because for them it relative, they come from families where there is a lot of Anger so screaming and shouting is very much a part of what they do in the family system, but by identifying how exhausted you are once you have unleashed your Anger is always a very good way of determining wither you have a problem or not and you will often find people who have anger management problems, they do find themselves absolutely exhausted. The third thing is that when people start avoiding you, not returning your calls, or showing you a lot of disrespect is another useful way of recognizing that actually your anger is out of control and you need to find a way of learning how to manage it.
