How will I know when it's time to close the sale?

The customer will tell you when it's time to close the sale. They'll give some indication, it might be a verbal indication like well would you like to let me have that in writing? It might be a physical indication, I mean, standing up is a very good indication that the meeting is coming to an end, or people putting their papers together or something like that. If it's kind of going on a little bit, you might have to ask a direct question and say to them, "Well, shall I go ahead on that basis?" So that you've asked a closed question then, and their answer Yes or No, and so then you can go on to actually close the sale. When you know that you've got agreement, whatever else you do, stop, sale.
