How do I lose my "saddlebags"?

Your saddlebags, or the extra weight around your mid-section on the sides can be reduced in a couple of different ways. Number one: no processed foods, no fast foods, reduce flour, sugar, and salts. It's that simple. And then you need to do cardiovascular exercise to burn those calories. And you're going to stay, again, approximately 65 to 75% of your maximum heart rate to make sure that you're burning fat optimally. And you're going to have to do some resistance training also to increase your metabolism and add structure to that area and you can do the abdominal exercises, or the love handle exercises, on an exercise ball using a cable and ropes, on the floor, on the mat, kick boxing class, however you want to do it, but it has to be a combination of those things, resistance training, focusing on strengthening and adding integrity to the mid-sectoin, changing your diet and putting everything all together: that's what will get rid of your saddlebags.
