How can I make sure I am revising correctly?

In most schools, there will be someone who you can ask about how to study correctly, who can give you some guidance and support about how to revise. And every teacher who's teaching you should be giving you some sort of support and guidance about how to take in as much as you possibly can, about what subjects you should be revising for, what you've covered and where the gaps are. And if you don't feel that you've got that guidance and support, it's really important to ask the school. Don't just feel like you're all on your own in your bedroom and you're the only person who can find ways to study. There should be someone within the school who can help. If there aren't, ask your friends. Try to find out from your peers what things are working for them and what things aren't. And really take advice from each other because everybody studies in different ways and it's important to get used to a style that suits you.
