How do I match the needs of the employer?
Matching the needs of the employer is vital to a successful placing for yourself. What we mean by that is look at what the interviewer is looking for and ideally match the needs and the aspirations of what they want to do in terms for fulfilling that roll. You need to know what that job is all about. You need to know what it's like to be there nine to five, five days a week. What are you expected to do and what are your duties and responsibilities. It is up to you to find all that out. All that information is available if you ask the right questions to the website you go on and websites you can go on and press releases you can glean from the company and also ask the interviewer what the expectations of the role are. You can modify your behavior based on the interview technique and match the needs of your future employer.
