What is emetophobia and how do I overcome it?
Emetophobia is the fear of vomiting. People are afraid of getting sick and what you need to do is to make sure you're not avoiding the things that you're afraid of such as having a heavy meal, being around sick people. The most common thing with a phobia is to avoid the thing you're afraid of and that's what keeps you scared. You've got to get out there and do the thing that you're afraid of even if it means a possibility of getting sick. You've got to accept that that's a possibility that could happen but it's very unlikely.
