Well, in planning your party, there are several things to consider. Number one is your budget. I always recommend that you should never go over your budget. Before you start, know the dollars you want to put into it, and when you do that and you make contact with the party planner, caterer, hotel, or wherever you are having your event. Make sure that you tell them what kind of budget you have in mind. So they're not thinking one area and they submit you a bid that is twice the amount, or even worse they give you something that is far less than you are looking for.
