How do you prepare yourself psychologically for a fight?
Well because I'm experienced, I have ways to get through my fear, my anxiety, the nerves. I meditate and I try to focus on enjoying each moment, enjoying the journey, the training, how much fun I have in here everyday; focusing on that and not trying to wish it away not trying to say "oh I wish this fight would hurry up and come and go," but enjoy the press conference, the weigh in, the night of the fight. One day it's all going to be over and all I'm going to have are my memories, and looking back and remembering the fans and the adrenaline rush and fighting in the different arenas and the traveling and the excitement.
