You communicate with your internal experts, your school mental health professionals, your teaching staff, and your students. You communicate with external partners such as law enforcement, court officials, external mental health professionals, and medical professionals. Those resources that are available in your particular community to fit your risks and your needs, and through this ongoing dialogue we keep the focus that our safety efforts are focussed on what our threats are, they're focussed on what our real issues are so we're effectively utilising the resources we have. We're educating people about risks and what they should do about them. With this process, you'll keep in touch with what your biggest risks are and what your concerns really should be.
