How do I protect my cat against rabies?

Cats can get rabies just as dogs can and oftentimes cats are getting it more frequently than dogs because cats aren't' being forced through the municipalities to be vaccinated to get a license. All of a sudden you have a cat that's out hunting and it sees a bat flittering by and not doing a very good job of it, it goes, "Easy meal!" And that's one of the main reasons that cats can get exposed to rabies, is through bats. There's other animals too. So keep your pet safe. Either keep it indoors and/or get it vaccinated for rabies.
