One of the best ways to save money on renting a venue for a party is to make sure that you are not using a premium date. What i mean by a premium date is it is going to be a Saturday evening. Possibly, your event could be a on a Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening or may be even a Friday night. One of the other items to check on is to find out from your local chamber of commerce if there are any locations that you can use for free. Sometimes local organisations have clubs that you can rent down just for a cleaning fee. Sometimes there are locations looking for a little extra exposure. Do a little homework, get on the phone and check with your chamber as they can be very helpful.
