How do I set a price for my house in a slow market?

Setting a price for your home in a slow market, really what you need to do is go back about the last two or three months of what sold in the neighborhood. From the sales you want to look at square footage, lot size, bedroom, bathroom counts, upgrades or not and compare and contrast what has sold recently. In the last two or three months the market has more or less been on the same pace so really by diving into recent comps and comparables you are going to find the fair market value.
