How To Set Up A Fantasy Football League
How can I set up a fantasy football league?
The easiest way to set up a fantasy football league is to go to a website that runs fantasy football leagues. Some appear at Fox Sports, CBS, Sandbox, ESPN, Yahoo, a lot of the major sites in the U.S, and basically there's a couple of options. You can join either a public fantasy football league, and that will be with people you don't know from around the internet, so these leagues are open. You should pick a fantasy football league where it has a draft time that obviously you can make and that has a league setup that you're comfortable with. A lot of fantasy football leagues will say if it's sort of an easy level, intermediate, expert or super intense, so you should pick what skill level you're at. That's if it's a public league and you just want to join with people you dont know. Another option, which is more fun if you can do it, is get together with your friends, or as an office fantasy football league, basically any people you know. Try to get them together and you could do a couple of things. You could either meet in person and draft your team, which is a lot of fun, and then at the end of the draft a commissioner for the fantasy football league will go in and he'll enter all your teams onto a website. Or you can get together with people you know, maybe you have friends from all around the country, I know I do this, and you all get together online and you draft a team - you pick a time where you can all get together. If you can get together with friends it's going to be a lot more fun because there's going to be more trash talking. People want to win more, as you want to show up your friends a little more, it tends to be more competitive fantasy football leagues.
