Try to put in the planning that is necessary to create a life style that is right for you. It isn't necessarily realistic to expect that we can all spend two hours a day at the gym six days a week. It sounds great on paper; it doesn't usually work that way. So find what works for you whether that is taking the stairs instead of the elevator, whether that is squeezing in an extra ten minutes of walking, or parking at the end of a parking lot. Whatever it is, it's a series... being fit and setting realistic fitness goals, it is really all about setting little tiny goals for yourself and making as many of those right choices as you can make. And it is a compilation of all of the right choices that over time will yield really great results for you. It isn't about a crash diet.
