You can tell implements have been sanitized from the moment you sit down at a manicure table; if somebody pulled out a dirty implement, you're going to see skin stuck to it. They should have an implement box - something very clear to you that they're being sanitized - a sanitized box or an autoclave, or they may have medical bags that are sealed and locked with the implement inside. You don't want to see any type of rust on an implement - if you see rust or anything like that, stand up, walk out, don't ever go back!
