Well the first thing is to, is to put this into perspective. I mean, in terms of gang issues, in the UK, most people's understanding of what a gang is actually probably different to the reality. Most, in the UK, in fact all gangs in fact is a loose collection of individuals who associate together rather than an organized structure that goes around committing actual crimes. That isn't actually the reality in most cases. In terms of how could you tell if someone belongs to a gang or a particular gang I think the sheer reality is really you can't, that's to say in most cases it isn't around an organized structure of individuals, it's more a loose association of people who either live in the same neighborhood, know each other through schools, or through social gatherings and stuff, it's not actually some form of organized criminal network.
