How do I know if my rash is a flesh eating bacteria or not?

The flesh-eating bacteria can start as a rash or a redness in the skin, but that changes quickly and rapidly and continues to expand. Patients often get sick and the skin breaks down and can ulcerate. But the key to that infection is the expanding nature of the redness. It continues, it's very quick, it can be painful, and the patient often has systemic or generalized symptoms such as fevers, chills, nausea or vomiting.
