How do I track and record the statistics for my fantasy football league?

The best way to track and record the statistics for your fantasy football leage, and almost the only way people do now, is to sign up for your league on a website. Lots of the big US sites have it - Yahoo, Sandbox, ESPN, Fox Sports. Everyone in your fantasy football league will join that website's league and they'll keep track of your statistics for you. Once you enter your fantasy football team into the system they'll pretty much do everything for you statistic wise. All you have to do is log onto the site and you'll see who's winning and who's losing. A lot of those fantasy football leagues are free, but you have to pay for live scoring. What that means is that on Sunday at 3pm if you want to see who's winning so far - which most owners do if you're really into the fantasy football league - you have to pay maybe $10, its usually not much for the whole season. I think it's worth it and it makes it more fun - I think that one of the most fun things is Sunday afternoon when you're watching the games and seeing who wins. That's pretty much what the websites of the fantasy football leagues will do for you. There are some fantasy football leagues out there, not too many anymore, that will keep track of their statistics by hand. That means that on Monday morning every fantasy football league, every team in the league will go and add up all their rushing yards, their passing yards of their starters, their kicker points and they'll send it in and you just do it by hand. One other thing you can do is buy a statistics program that will do the statistics for you. That's another option where you'll buy a service and then that will allow you to do the statistics on your own, whether its at home with a spreadsheet or something like that. That's another option owners have for keeping track of their statistics.
