I wouldn't recommend trying to initiate a kiss thirty seconds after meeting the guy unless that's what you're into for the night or it's George Clooney. If you've been talking to someone for the entire evening and you're feeling really comfortable, and you want to lean in for a kiss, go for it.

Should I let a man kiss me the first time I meet him?

If it's the first time you're meeting someone, I don't think it's a good idea to let him kiss you. Wait until the second time around unless he looks like some of our favorites - George Clooney or Brad Pitt.
