What's the biggest exorcism you've done?
The biggest exorcism I've done was with four other people, and that was to clear a house and the surrounding land. That was quite a big exorcism job because there were found to be portals on the site. Portals are like highways to spirits. Different types of spirits come through them from different planes. The exorcism was to close all the portals on the land, which was quite a heavy job because they had been there for some time.
How do I find a reputable exorcist?
Finding a reputable exorcist is rather like finding a reputable plumber or a G.P. You do your research. Look on the web, phone some therapists up, talk to them about your problem, see how you feel and make a choice from there.
What do you say to people who think exorcism is hokum?
I can understand how people would be sceptical if they've never come across spiritual activity before. On the other hand, I would say that the exorcism carried out by a therapist does have a real effect on people's lives. Therefore, I think that people should have an open mind about exorcism.
How realistic is the film The Exorcist'?
Parts of the film 'The Exorcist' are realistic and parts are basically sensationalist, like the head spinning around. Realistically, people do have parts of their body that become contorted into odd positions or they may find that they speak in odd voices. Those aspects are based in fact. You have to take the rest of 'The Exorcist', like the head spinning around, with a pinch of salt. It's a Hollywood thing.
What's the scariest exorcism you've done?
What's scary sometimes about exorcism is that as soon as the person either mentally makes the note to contact you, or actually carries out that contact, and they book an appointment, then the spirit often pays you a visit beforehand. A spirit can create smells or noise on the day before you're due to see the client. That can be a little unsettling.
How does remote exorcism work?
Remote exorcism works initially by the person who is requesting the exorcism contacting myself either by phone or by email. If they cannot see me in person, they can undertake to do the work 'remotely', whereby the email or the verbal conversation with the person is enough for me to make an energetic connection to that person and carry out the exorcism. I do the same process as I would in the clinic, except the person is not present. I tune into the energy, make the connection to the person and carry out the removal at the distance..
