How do you learn a new routine?

You have a period probably about four or five weeks depending on if you've done it before. If it's new ballet being created from scratch we'll have a couple of months but if it's something that we've done before we usually have well it can actually be one to four weeks. You know Nut Cracker we usually put on in a week now because we've done it so many times and it's quiet short.
