I live in a conservation area, my neighbour has taken out his bedroom window and replaced it with a door. After seeing this Planning video from Lisa Andrews, I called my local council planning department, and they stated that this is wrong information. I can not stop my neighbour from nosing into my 2 girls bedroom aged 17 and 12 years of age. This is wrong info. My council told me that there was no planning required. And if I feel that strongly about this issue contact the police. I have photo's of this man pointing into my girls bedroom... How can I protect them if this is not the case?????
