What's a breastfeeding garment?
I think most people would think a breastfeeding garment was something made to breastfeed in, so a nursing bra could be considered a breastfeeding garment. Most women really appreciate a good breastfeeding bra for the support. Could a woman nurse without a nursing bra? Absolutely, she could pull it down. What we encourage women not to do is pull their bra up and that can really cause sagging breasts, it can cause plugged ducts which can lead to an infection, so pull down for sure like a stretchy sports bra could pull right under. But there are ones made with snaps here or snaps here just to make it easy to open. So that would be a nursing garment or anything else designed for nursing in public or anywhere. Yeah, I think any piece of clothing that allows you to expose a nipple to the baby so that it's comfortable and supportive, could be considered a nursing item.
