How do you feel about George Bush and the 2000 election?
It's just in your face. It wasn't enough for Bush and them to put it all in our face every day, every minute that it didn't matter what the people voted, but they have to sneer at you too. Bush has to sneer, “Well I guess you don't understand how it works.” You've got to be sneered at too; it's a new level of cynicism.
Will you ever run for President?
I have been approached for years to run for President and I go, "Yeah, if I can do it from my bed - if I don't have to go anywhere," because I do have all the answers - a lot of people hate that about me, but I do. And when I'm wrong, I'll be corrected, I'll say, "You know what, I was wrong - I thought wrong about that", and I won't be beholden to people, "Well they gave me a 100 G's, so I have to pretend like - that I'm buying this bullshit - I don't have to buy bullshit". So I think that I should run for President or somebody like me should run, but probably they can't so I might as well. But then I'm like President is so lowly, I mean, it's lowly - Queen doesn't even cut it as far as like - because I've thought about being Queen or Empress, but I think "Mouthpiece of the Goddess" is a good one. That one or just "Jewish Grandmother to the World" - I've thought about that one too, because I like to stick my nose in people's business a lot so that would enable me to go around the world sticking my nose in people's business. But, you know what, if they do what I tell them, it actually always works out for them - it really does. I have people's best interest at heart.
Why do you think grandmothers should rule the world?
We really do care more about the world than any other group. And it's time; I know people say, "Well grandfathers care too." Yeah, they care too. But, you know what? They're not grandmothers and that's it. I've seen it and I'm not going to argue it anymore. Grandmothers are the best people, and we have the broadest vision. We could solve every single problem. There's not a problem on earth that exists that doesn't have a solution. Not one. Not one, and yet we do nothing. I think, time's running out, let's try it. Let's try getting solutions and actually making them work. But not leaders, because they're all sociopathic, insane, sex perverts, that just trade money with each other, and I don't know what they are. I guess the devil or something- I look at them as that they're evil devils. But, as for a congregation, a communal, or a tribunal of grandmothers, I think it would work. I think we could do it. I think we could suspend countries, nations, every sort of identity, religions, nationalities, and just have a tribunal government of grandmothers. Seriously.
Can a woman ever be elected US President?
Hillary does because it is Hillary and Bill. It's the beast with two backs. It's a female and a male. It's not really a female but for America it's kind of more in the direction than it's ever going to be but it's still a male-female. It's a dual beast. There really isn't a woman running for President, really by herself, you know like Biden. You never see his wife although I have to say I was thrilled that his wife was the star of his show. I went to this fundraiser for him the other night and met him. His wife is the star of that show. He is kind of a two headed beast you know. I think that John Edwards is a two headed beast too. It is him and his wife running too. It is an age of Americans where we will accept the woman behind the man but not really the woman yet.
Does Dennis Kucinich have any hope of being elected President?
He doesn't have a prayer but I told him, I said, “If you listen to me Mr. Kuchinich, Dennis,” I said, “if you listen to what I tell you, you will win.” Because like I do trance, I go in to trances and stuff and I hear things and I know they are a perfect answer. I don't know if that happens to all older Jewish women but I know it happens to me. So I had this vision for Kuchinich. So I went in there and I'm like “I know what you need to say to win,” you know when I got him eye-to eye, all quiet and all alone. I go; “you need to say, right on the platform, to abolish the IRS. Let the people keep their money - that ends every war.” Because you know, “that's where they are getting their war money; it's costing every American family $20,000.00 and that's your kid's college fund, so you have to think of it that way. So let the people keep all their money.” And he's like “how will we pay for anything?” Tax only corporate profits, tax them at 50% there or less and every problem totally disappears, not only here, but in the world.
How did 9-11 change America, and how did it change you?
I watched the two towers explode and burn and people scream and run. The thing that I was so moved by and proud of Americans…. Because I was kind of grossed off by Americans after electing Bush the first time, when he won the “election”. I thought it was fantastic and I turned on the TV and I was seeing the firemen and it's the blue collar people that are being applauded by the white collar speculators. It definitely is the end of the world. For my vision of it, there could be heaven, it could be right that people who do the actual work are applauded. It could happen. And we have that minute in America where we actually saw what was important and what was real through the haze of bull**** that we're fed every second on television and the media. Just for that second, the people who do the actual work, who actually put their bodies there; are being applauded by the speculator class. It was unbelievable; it was a world upside down on its head. It's so cool that Americans would see the truth of that. That's what they don't want us to see, but I did see it and I said I'm not going to stay here in this bed on booze anymore. I'm going to go back in the world and be part of it because I wasn't so disgusted. It kind of lifted me out of my depression in a weird way.
What do you think of the US war in Iraq?
It's all bullshit. It makes me so mad. That should be stopped. There were 19 Saudis destroyed our two towers. We should be over there. We should be over there. Why aren't we? Why are we always in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing? And then wondering why we're having to pay a price for doing the wrong thing in the wrong place. Well that's what happens. You have to pay a price.
Why don't more Americans vote?
Because they're smart. They know the truth, that their vote don't count for shit. And this whole country, the whole fact of it is that people did finally go out and vote and they made their votes clear. It rang from sea to shining sea until it was impossible for anyone to not hear that the people wanted the war to end and it didn't do jack shit. They don't even listen. They don't care. They're still, you know--there's another billion of school money for, you know, their friends to go over there, blow shit up and rebuild it, blow shit up and rebuild it, blow shit up and rebuild it.
