thanks ive just tried the banana :) but thers is another very cheap and easy to get ingredient from a supermarket what ive recently tried and its worked quiet well its called ground turmeric. DONT PUT ON SKIN swallow it. i would say about a tea spoon every 2 days. goodluck.

Thanks to perosn who mentioned turmeric above, I have had acne for years noting my gp has prescribed me works so I'm going to try eating turmeric like you said.

I don't think using toothpaste is a good idea...because a friend of mine tried that, and the pimple that she applied it to stayed for months before it disappeared :S, while other pimples that she had at the time (that she did not put toothpaste one) went away within a very few amount of days
