If you're feeling depressed, then you're likely to have low self esteem, have sleeping problems, feel hopeless and often may feel tired. It affects about one in five people at some point in their lifetime, especially while at University. So, if you recognize the symptoms it's quite important that you go to a counselor and talk your depression through. Alternatively you could go and see your University student union for additional help on depression at University.
