Why should I tip an astrologer?
I don't predict people's futures. I watch trends. I watch where the planets are going. I give them information. Astrology is an incredible tool. And this tool is a map of the heavens, where the planets were when you were born. And of course they move around. So where they are in relationship to your birth chart is how we do trends and predictions, as they say. See, I trust the human condition. I believe people are far more aware than they give themselves credit for. Yeah, you're right. I've always felt like I wanted to write a book and my chart says that, isn't that interesting? There's better times to do things than other times. People feel this naturally. So they come to an astrologer to get clarity on it. The tip is based, if you tip, on how satisfied you are with the reading. If the astrologer just knocks you out you don't give them a decent tip, give them fifty dollars extra. Usually people don't tip astrologers, only because it's included in the price. But I have been tipped before.
When should I tip an astrologer big?
When she absolutely nails you and you say to yourself "Wow". See people loathe themselves, so when they get a reading and it really hits home and it really triggers something within them. This is who I am. This is my life purpose. This is really where I sort of see where it is going. I just think it is confirmation from you, as an astrologer to feel good about some of the decisions and some of the things I am trying to do with my life. I think as far as tipping small, if you are thinking about tipping small then do not tip at all. That is my advice to you.
What was the best tip you ever got?
The best tip that I had ever received was five hundred dollars. It was in Monte Carlo. I was working on a yacht and the man that was actually putting on the party was so knocked out. I did private readings. It was very interesting because usually astrology, I don't do at parties. At parties I do cards, palms, colors, tea leaves, and numerology. But for parties, a situation like that where I was giving private readings, the man was so knocked out he just handed me another five hundred dollars. I was just absolutely impressed.
