What happens to my application once I have completed it?

Once you have completed your university application, we endeavor to process your application within 24 to 48 hours. Your university application will then be sent to all the universities you've applied to. Once it's with them, they will decide whether or not they wish to interview you. They will make contact with you, and will then contact us once that final decision over the application has been made.

What is an unconditional offer?

An unconditional offer is an offer made by the universities that doesn't specify any conditions. So an unconditional offer does tend to mean that you have a place no matter what.

I haven't had any offers - what should I do?

If you haven't had any offers yet, don't panic. It is advisable to keep a regular eye on your track facility on the UCAS website, because when we hear whether you have an offer or not from a university that will be updated immediately.
